Der gro\u00dfe Motor erzeugt deutlich mehr Drehmoment als die kleinen NEMA17.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Vergleich (aus den Datenbl\u00e4ttern):<\/p>\n<p>NEMA 17 \/ 2,5A &#8211; (ACT 17HS5425) : 48Ncm Drehmoment<br \/>\nNEMA 23 \/ 2,5A &#8211; (ACT 23HS5425) . 110Ncm Drehmoment<\/p>\n<p>Der gr\u00f6\u00dfere Rotordurchmesser zahlt sich also deutlich aus. Die gr\u00f6\u00dfere Motortr\u00e4gheit sollte keine Rolle spielen.<br \/>\nGen\u00fcgend Drehmoment f\u00fcr eine saubere und ruhige Dosierung ist also, auch ohne Getriebe, vorhanden.<\/p>\n<p>Des weiteren wollte ich das MK8 Ritzel&nbsp;einsetzen.<br \/>\nDie <a href=\"http:\/\/airtripper.com\/1676\/3d-printer-extruder-filament-drive-gear-review-benchmark\/\">Testreihe von Airtripper<\/a>&nbsp;ist sehr aufschlu\u00dfreich.<\/p>\n<p>Leider haben NEMA23 6.35mm Wellen. Das MK8 ist konstruktiv auf eine 5mm Bohrung begrenzt. Diese L\u00f6sungen sind einfach nur Nervig (kleine Gewindesteigung, meist Werkzeug ben\u00f6tigt,&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Aus diesen Gr\u00fcnden habe ich eine Augenschraube verwendet.
